At Henrys Bag, we want you have a seamless shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Returns
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
- Opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for your preferred item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.
